Barna Hulényi is the Owner and Managing Director of TheGuestology, a hospitality training and consulting company specializing in operational excellence, guest experience, and food & beverage management.

With over 36 years of international hospitality experience, Barna has held senior executive positions across leading hotels and hospitality organizations. His career includes roles as Food & Beverage Manager, Hotel General Manager, and executive leader, where he has successfully managed large-scale operations, developed high-performing teams, and delivered outstanding guest experiences.

Today, he works as a trainer, consultant, and project leader, supporting hotels, restaurants, event venues, and hospitality businesses in improving service quality, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.

Barna has also led hospitality operations for several high-profile international events, including the 2026 UEFA Champions League Final, demonstrating his expertise in managing complex, large-scale catering and hospitality projects.
